Banksy recently did a cover piece for The Sunday Times Magazine. It makes me wonder if Banksy is gonna be the next Sheppard Fairey of the Street Art world, and i don't mean in caliber of artist either. One of the main pieces of street art is "getting up", and doing a magazine cover of that nature is definitely getting up, but is it still the same? To me Banksy is one of the most innovative and creative street artist of the past 10 years at least, but will his name and ideal blow up so big that his art will become distant from his original following?
